For it's size this is the lightest radiator we've built, coming in well under a kg. The core is a single row 29mm thick. The top tank is shaped for minimum water capacity, but maximum even dispersion across the core. That's the reason for the peak in the tank - like our Hot Chilli intercooler tanks.         The 16" fan turned out to be overkill & weights far more than the radiator.       This is the water inlet/outlet block we made for belt clearance.
