Not the shape 10mm strips welded onto the top of the tank/header plate join. I don't like welding on top of a weld with aluminium, but in this case it was unavoidable as Ron wanted the radiator to fit in the oe. mounts. Alloy really hates chaffing & will wear allot quicker than brass, so it's not a good idea to let a saddle mount rub straight onto the alloy tanks.
