. One real sano installation. Power steering off a C car, air conditioning & 4 speed auto. Just relax & cruise - until it comes on boost. We fitted a 300 high x 55mm thick front mount & Robin sandwiched the condenser in between it & the volvo radiator. Note the trick header tank/recovery tank in the right back corner of the engine bay. Robin also did Mick McGregors 1600.

We had too shorten & change the angle of the throttle body to allow for engine movement. We have the measurements to be able to duplicate the intercooler, however it is not big enough for serious hp.

This is the shape with the measurements too let the outlet donut into the top of the Hot Chilli intercooler tank. 

This is what they all look like on the inside. We carefully shape the pipe too fit, position it 2/3 of the way into the tank & then fuse weld it without filler rod. Takes time but gives a radius that promotes flow. Stick your finger in your intercooler & see if the company that made it makes the effort to do this !
